Biography:
Professor of the Physics and Nanotechnology school of Yachay Tech University. He obtained his PhD in Atmospheric Sciences at the State University of New York, United States and he has been involved in atmospheric phenomena research for more than a decade in Ecuador.

Biography:
Researcher of CONICET, Professor at UTN Mendoza and Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina. Member of Commissions 30 (Radial velocities), 37 (Open Clusters), 46 (Education and Development) and 50 (Light Pollution) of the International Astronomical Union (IAU). Vice-Chairman of the NASE Program / Network of Astronomy School Education) of the Comission 46 of the IAU.

Biography:
Professor of the School of Sciences and Engineering of the San Francisco de Quito University, currently,she is the academic coordinator of the Physics department. Her research focuses on the optical properties of materials, liquid crystals, opto-plasmonics and optical tweezers.

Biography:
Professor at the Faculty of Sciences of the Universidad de las Americas (UDLA). He obtained his PhD in Theoretical Physics at the Universidad Autónoma de Matrid and he works on holography, wormholes and geometric flows.

Biography:
Professor of the Faculty of Sciences and member of the Observatorio Nacional of the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Currently, he is the coordinator of the Andean Office of Astronomy for Development of the Astronomical International Union.

Biography:
Professor of the Physics and Nanotechnology school of Yachay Tech University. He obtained his PhD in material science at the University of Vienna, he studies the new materials and applied subjects in electronics.
